Frequently asked questions
Should mini-sessions be paid in full up front?
Many photographers ask for full payment at booking for short sessions, because slots are limited and short notice cancellations can't be resold. Longer sessions often use a booking payment plus a balance. Use two payment links for that.
How do I handle refunds?
State your refund window in your policy. If you refund, issue it through your Stripe account; Mandalo keeps the payment record.
