Pricing the day-of changes
Quote a base price, and list add-ons separately so the customer can say yes or no. On the day, add up the real total, then send one payment request for that exact amount. That way nobody does math at the door.

Frequently asked questions
Should I bill per visit or monthly?
Per visit is simplest with Mandalo: one payment request each visit. There's no monthly billing or auto-charge feature yet.
What if the customer adds something on the day?
Create the payment request after you finish, for the real total. Or send an itemized invoice that lists the extras.
