Frequently asked questions
Should I bill chemicals separately?
Either works. A flat fee that includes chemicals is simpler. Listing them on their own line is better if usage varies a lot from pool to pool.
When should I collect for a repair?
Ask for approval before you buy parts. For bigger repairs, collect payment up front or right after the work is done.
